Mindfulness has become such an important part of my life,

And in my sessions, that I wanted to share it with you. I started mindfulness after my panic attacks began in 2007. It was hard to actually sit still, let alone quiet my mind. Since then I have taken courses, done retreats, and now I am recording a special guided meditation for you when you are feeling stress, anxiety, or just want to relax. The meditation is guided and helps you to tune into sensations in the body. It is 10 minutes long and it is recorded so you can listen to it any time. I hope you will be gentle with yourself when you listen. You can sit or lie down. I believe there is no wrong way to do mindfulness.

If possible, try to do this meditation a few times a week. You can listen in the morning to get your day off to a good start or in the evening to relax as part of a sleep routine. Also, you can listen if you feel stressed and just need a break during your day.
